Networking with a focus on sustainability
Our traditional trainee meeting took place again on September 19 and 20, 2024. A total of 20 trainees from all over Germany met at our headquarters in Metzingen.
On the first day, a round of introductions for the participants was followed by a presentation on Storopack's sustainability strategy. This was followed by guided tours of the plant for everyone. As an evening program, the trainees attended a Swabian cooking course where they prepared their own Maultaschen.
The second day began with an interactive workshop on sustainability and greenwashing. An interview with the management concluded the event. The two days offered a successful mix of knowledge transfer and the group activities and were a great opportunity to network with each other.
