Storopack signs agreement to assume minority shareholding in its partnership with Ameson
On April 30th, we have signed an agreement for an acquisition of a minority of shares in the company Xiamen Ameson New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (Ameson), located in Xiamen, China.
As partners, the goal of the cooperation between Ameson and Storopack is to grow together.
